TURUNÇ has advised Laboratoires Vivacy, a France-based company specialized in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of injectable medical devices for health professionals, and a Bridgepoint portfolio company, on its recently signed strategic partnership with Burgeon Biotechnology, a medical aesthetics and rejuvenation solutions company, and a Diffusion Capital Partners portfolio company.
