TURUNÇ Advises Yü-Ce Medical on the Acquisition of Shares from the Anatolia Growth Capital Fund

TURUNÇ has advised Yü-Ce Medical and its majority shareholders on their acquisition of all of the Yü-Ce Medical shares held by the Anatolia Growth Capital Fund.

Yü-Ce Medical is a leading producer of disposable medical supplies in Turkey. It produces gauze products and surgical supplies, among other things.
