TURUNÇ Represents Netcad on its pre-IPO Funding Round

TURUNÇ has advised Netcad, a software development company specializing in geographical information systems (GIS) and computer aided design (CAD), on its pre-IPO funding round. The investors were Hedef Portföy, Findoor Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu, Ral Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı, and two different funds (Co-Investment 2 and Perge Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu) managed by Neo Portföy.

The TURUNÇ team included İltem Dokurlar, Kerem Turunç, Naz Esen and Övgü Kopal.
