TURUNÇ Sponsors the Legal 500 Turkey GC Summit

TURUNÇ was one of the sponsors of The Legal 500’s inaugural Turkey GC Summit, held at the Çırağan Palace in Istanbul on September 27, 2018.

The summit brought together private practitioners and in house counsel from a diverse range of practice areas and sectors.

TURUNÇ was represented by Founding Partner Noyan Turunç and Managing Partner Kerem Turunç at the event. Kerem Turunç moderated the “The changing face of M&A” panel, which focused on executing cross-border M&A transactions with a particular emphasis on outbound deals. The panelists were Nazlı Dereli Oba of Karadeniz Holding, Berç Germeyan Işık of Shell Turkey and Gülenay Ruşen of Entek.
