Three TURUNÇ Lawyers Recognized in Lexology Index: M&A and Governance 2026

We are pleased to announce that Esin Çamlıbel, Kerem Turunç and Noyan Turunç have been recognized in Lexology Index: M&A and Governance 2026, a guide to the world’s leading M&A, corporate governance lawyers, which was released on 26 May 2026. All three lawyers were recognized for their work in both M&A and corporate governance.

TURUNÇ was also one of the the only Turkish firm to have three lawyers ranked in the Corporate Governance section of the guide. The three TURUNÇ lawyers were also listed in the M&A section of the guide, and the Firm was one of the only three Turkish law firms with three ranked lawyers across categories.

Kerem Turunç was named a Global Elite Thought Leader in M&A, the only Turkish lawyer in that category. Furthermore, Noyan Turunç was named a Thought Leader in M&A, one of only four Turkish lawyers in that category. Finally, Kerem Turunç and Esin Çamlıbel were named Thought Leaders in Corporate Governance, an honor awarded to only three Turkish lawyers this year.

First published in 1996, Lexology Index (previously known as Who’s Who Legal) identifies and endorses preeminent private practitioners around the world in numerous areas of business law by providing comprehensive data-led research into the leading lawyers and experts used by law firms and companies globally.
