• assessment of potential post-closing liability by acquiror including as they relate to severance payments
• drafting and negotiation of transfer agreements
• notifications to pertinent authorities
• post-closing integration work

• defending employers against claims by current and ex-employees
• representing employers in mediation and all stages of litigation.
• representing employers against employees and ex-employees who misappropriate trade secrets
