New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Loans & Secured Financing 2023

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Loans & Secured Financing (2023) title. The contributing lawyers were Ilgın Eroğlu Alyanak and Naz Esen.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to loans and secured financing transactions in 15 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2023 edition are The Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the United States. The contributing editors are Michael Chernick and Tomasz Kulawik of Shearman & Sterling LLP.
