New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Ports & Terminals 2023

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Ports & Terminals (2023) title. The contributing lawyers were Esin Çamlıbel, Naz Esen and Beste Yıldızili Ergül.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to ports and terminals in 16 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2023 edition are Angola, Brazil, Denmark, India, Italy, Japan, Mozambique, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Paraguay, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, United Kingdom and Venezuela. The contributing editor is Alex Kyriakoulis of HFW.
