TURUNÇ has advised Gelecek Etki Fonu (Future Impact Fund) on its investment in Upsonic, an agentic AI platform for fintech operations. APY Ventures and OrangeFund also joined the round.

Gelecek Etki Fonu is a Capital Markets Board-regulated venture capital fund managed jointly by Tacirler Asset Management, a leading asset management company and Vestel Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Vestel, one of the largest home appliances companies in Turkey and a group company of Zorlu Holding, a large Turkish conglomerate.

The TURUNÇ team included Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Naz Esen, Beste Yıldızili Ergül, Seda Köprülü, Elif Çağlayan and Batuhan Eraslan.
