TURUNÇ Advises Horizon Air Freight on its Merger with Swift Marine

TURUNÇ has advised Horizon Air Freight, a U.S.-based provider of specialized global marine logistics services and a portfolio company of ICV Partners, on its merger with Swift Marine, a Netherlands-based provider of marine logistics and forwarding services for the shipping industry. The combined company will offer marine logistics and port agency services in North America, South America, Asia and Europe.

The TURUNÇ team included Noyan Turunç, Kerem Turunç, İltem Dokurlar, Naz Esen, Beste Yıldızili Ergül, Övgü Kopal, Canberk Taze and Baran Ezeli.

Horizon Air Freight was also advised by DLA Piper.
