She has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on investment transactions and corporate governance matters, including board issues and cross-border compliance .
Prior to joining TURUNÇ, Yağmur Aker was in house counsel at a large conglomerate.
She obtained her LL.B. degree from the University of Westminster, and is qualified in Turkey and England & Wales.
