• Advising issuers and underwriters on a multitude of capital markets issuances and transactions including private and public debt and equity offerings, block trades, and public M&A transactions.
• Formation of regulated venture capital funds, private equity funds, investment trusts and similar entities and vehicles
• Advising public companies and other regulated entities such as asset management companies and regulated funds on ongoing regulatory, compliance and disclosure matters
• Advising foreign companies, regulated institutions and funds on compliance with Turkish securities laws in their dealings with Turkish residents and market players

Our capital markets practice is co-headed by two of the most experienced securities lawyers in the country: Kerem Turunç, a U.S.-educated, Cleary Gottlieb-trained lawyer and İltem Dokurlar, who served as Borsa Istanbul’s general counsel prior to joining the Firm.
