Beste Yıldızili Ergül and Naz Esen Become Managing Associates

We are pleased to announce that Beste Yıldızili Ergül and Naz Esen have been promoted to Managing Associate.

Both lawyers have been with the Firm since their graduation from law school, and bring a wealth of complementary experience with them.

Beste Yıldızili Ergül is an employment, data privacy and intellectual property expert. She has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients in these practice areas, as well as in M&A and finance transactions with respect to these issues. She also has significant litigation experience, particularly with respect to her core practice areas.

Naz Esen is an expert in M&A and capital markets transactions, and counsels clients on domestic and cross-border projects, in particular with respect to technology investments and initial public offerings. She also has extensive experience in the formation of investment funds, asset management companies and other regulated entities, and corporate governance of funds, regulated entities as well as private and public companies.
