New Publication: Lexology Getting the Deal Through – Initial Public Offerings 2022

TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s Initial Public Offerings (2022) title. The contributing lawyers were İltem Dokurlar and Naz Esen.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to initial public offerings in 15 jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by the 2022 edition are Australia, Belgium, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.
