TURUNÇ authored the Turkey chapter of Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s inaugural Venture Capital title. The contributing lawyers were Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Yasemin Erden, Naz Esen and Beste Yıldızili Ergül.

The publication is a comparative guide of the legislation relating to venture capital investments in seven jurisdictions. In addition to Turkey, the jurisdictions covered by guide are Denmark, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Taiwan and the United States. The contributing editor is Curtis L. Mo of DLA Piper.
