TURUNÇ Advises Taxim Capital on its Majority Acquisition of Suwen

TURUNÇ has advised Turkey-focused private equity fund Taxim Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Suwen, a lingerie and undergarment manufacturer and retailer.

This is the second investment on which TURUNÇ advised Taxim Capital, having also advised the fund’s formation and its investment in BigChefs.

The TURUNÇ team included Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Nilay Enkür, Didem Bengisu, Gözde Kıran, Beste Yıldızili and Naz Esen.
