TURUNÇ’s UK Desk is focused on cross-border transactions between the UK and Turkey. Since our founding, we have represented many UK businesses on a multitude of transactions and other needs in Turkey, including acquisitions, financing transactions, cross-border compliance issues and dispute resolution.
Similarly, we regularly represent Turkish companies looking to acquire UK-based companies or conduct other business in the UK. Our strong ties with leading law firms in the UK across a wide range of practice areas and industries allows us to identify the right co-counsel on all of our UK-related matters.
Our UK Desk is co-headed by two English law-qualified partners: Kerem Turunç and İltem Dokurlar.
