TURUNÇ Represents Netcad and Taxim Capital on Netcad’s IPO

TURUNÇ has advised Netcad and it majority shareholder Taxim Capital, a Turkey-focused private equity fund, on Netcad’s initial public offering on Borsa Istanbul, Turkey’s national stock exchange.

Netcad is a software development company specializing in geographical information systems (GIS) and computer aided design (CAD).

The TURUNÇ team includes Noyan Turunç, İltem Dokurlar, Kerem Turunç, Esin Çamlıbel, Naz Esen, Beste Yıldızili Ergül, Övgü Kopal and Batuhan Eraslan.

Abdullah Kılınç Hukuk Bürosu also advised on certain aspects of the transaction.
